RNAsample Blood RNA Kit用于配套 RNAsample（无液氮RNA样品保存液，相当于RNAlater）使用，RNAsample采集血样后可以在18–25°C条件下可稳定多至3天，在–70°C条件下至少稳定1年。本产品可以提取保存在RNAsample的全血中分离和纯化RNA，与采样、稳定及纯化形成整合的系统。RNAsample Blood RNA Kit系统包括用于血液采集、稳定和运输的RNAsample（试剂盒自带，也可以使用其它公司的RNAlater），以及基于硅胶膜技术、离心柱法分离纯化的组分。纯化可使用离心机进行手工操作，也可在QIAcube全自动核酸纯化仪上自动运行。该产品表现卓越，可以获得高质量的血液RNA，在大多数情况下同等量血液RNA产量比保存在PAXgene采血管的血液RNA产量高一倍以上。

适用范围：

适用于配套RNAsample/RNAlater使用，提取保存在RNAsample/RNAlater中全血中分离和纯化RNA。

RNAsample Blood RNA Kit is designed for isolation of total RNA from blood samples stored in RNAsample( Same as RNAlater) Solution. Blood samples can be processed immediately, or they can be stored in RNAsample Solution(provided with the kit) for a few days at ambient temperature or for prolonged periods at -20C prior to RNA extraction. The Kit RNA isolation procedure consists of two parts: 1. Cell lysis in a guanidinium-based solution and initial purification of the RNA by phenol/chloroform extraction 2. Final RNA purification by solid-phase extraction on a glass fiber filter. This procedure completely removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors producing high-quality RNA. RNA purified using the Kit is ready for applications such as qRT-PCR.
